Everything we do

Roadside Assistance and Mobile Cleaning

Five emergency services that get a stopped car moving again, and three ways we clean a car wherever it happens to be parked. No membership for any of it, and every price below is quoted in full on the phone before anyone drives out.

How the pricing works

Every job has a flat rate that includes travel inside our core area. You hear that number on the phone, before anything is dispatched, and it is the number on the receipt. There is no hourly meter, no fuel surcharge invented at the end and no after hours premium at two in the morning, because two in the morning is when most of these calls come in.

Two things can move a price, and both are discussed before we leave. A long run outside the core area adds travel. And a job that turns out to be bigger than it sounded on the phone, such as a recovery that is much further off the road than described, gets requoted on site before anything starts rather than after it finishes.

If we cannot help

You do not pay for a job that did not work. Starter motors, failed alternators and seized brakes are workshop repairs, and when that is what we find we say so on the spot and help you line up a tow with an operator we deal with regularly. We do not tow vehicles ourselves. The van carries a water tank and a generator, not a deck, so towing is something we arrange rather than something we sell.

Payment

Tap and chip cards, cash, or Interac e-transfer at the curb once the work is done. Nothing is taken up front and there is no deposit on a booking. Fleet customers are invoiced monthly instead. The receipt goes to your email either way, itemised, which matters if you are claiming it against a business or sending it to an insurer.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe what the car is doing and we will tell you, including when the honest answer is a mechanic rather than us.
