Terms of Service
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These are the terms you agree to when you book work with us or call us out. They are written to be read rather than skimmed past.
Quotes and prices
We quote the full price of a job on the phone before anyone is dispatched, and that quote includes travel inside our normal service area. The quote is based on what you describe to us. If the situation on arrival is materially different, for example a vehicle much further off the road than described, or a tire that has been destroyed rather than punctured, we will requote before starting any work. You are free to decline at that point and owe nothing.
What we can and cannot do
We provide light roadside assistance and mobile vehicle cleaning. We are not a mechanical repair shop, not a locksmith and not a heavy towing operator. Where the correct answer to your problem is a workshop, a locksmith or a heavy recovery company, we will say so, and we will not charge for attending a job we cannot complete.
Specifically, we do not cut or program keys, we do not repair tire sidewalls, we do not carry replacement batteries or tires, and we do not recover trucks, buses or RVs.
Your vehicle and your authority
By booking, you confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorised to request work on it. For lockouts we will ask to see photo identification and, where possible, documentation connecting you to the vehicle. If you cannot provide it we will not open the car. This protects you more than it protects us.
Condition of the vehicle
Roadside work happens on vehicles that are already in an unplanned situation, sometimes in poor weather and poor light. We take proper care and use correct tools and correct attachment points. However, pre existing conditions are outside our control, and some are not visible before work starts. Seized or corroded wheel fasteners, perished rubber, previously damaged recovery points, failing electrical systems and aftermarket modifications can all fail under normal handling. We are not responsible for failures caused by the pre existing condition of the vehicle, though we will always tell you if we see something before we touch it.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is finished. We accept tap and chip cards, cash and Interac e-transfer. Account customers on a fleet washing schedule are invoiced monthly and payable on the terms agreed in writing. Unpaid invoices may be subject to interest and recovery costs.
Cancellations
Emergency calls can be cancelled at no charge while we are still loading. If we have already travelled a significant distance toward you, a call out fee may apply, and we will tell you rather than simply billing it.
Booked washes and details should be cancelled or rescheduled with at least twenty four hours notice. Full details hold a half day slot, so short notice cancellations on those may be charged in part.
Weather
We may reschedule a booked wash or detail if the weather makes a decent result impossible, most often heavy rain during a polishing job. We will contact you and move it at no cost. Emergency roadside work runs in all weather, though severe conditions may extend arrival times, and we will not send a vehicle onto a road that is impassable.
Results of cleaning work
Detailing improves the condition of a vehicle. It does not reverse damage. Deep scratches through the clear coat, etched water spotting, oxidised paint, permanent dye transfer in upholstery and long established smoke odour may improve without being eliminated. Where we can see in advance that an expectation is unrealistic, we will say so before taking the booking.
Liability
We carry commercial insurance and will make good any damage we cause through our own negligence. Our liability for any single job is limited to the cost of that job, except where the law does not permit that limit. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed appointments, lost income or travel costs arising from a delay.
Arrival times
Arrival windows given on the phone are good faith estimates based on real traffic, not guarantees. Bridges, weather, collisions and the queue ahead of you all affect them. If a window changes we tell you, and if we cannot reach you in a reasonable time we will say so rather than leaving you waiting.
This website
Information here is provided in good faith and kept current, but prices and service details can change. The price confirmed on your call is the one that applies. Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we reply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia.
Contact
Anything unclear here, ask. Call (672) 472-8510 or use the contact page.
Note for the site owner: these terms are a practical starting point for an owner operated roadside and detailing business in BC. Get them looked at by a lawyer before relying on the liability section, and make sure they match what your insurance policy actually covers.
