Evenings and weekends are usually open for washes. Full details take half a day, so those are worth booking a few days ahead.

What to have ready when you call
None of this is required, but every one of these shortens the call and makes the arrival time more accurate.
- Where the car is. A street and a cross street, or the building address plus the parkade level and stall number. A dropped pin works too.
- What the car is. Make, model and rough year. It changes which tools come along, especially on lockouts.
- What it is doing. Clicking, cranking but not starting, completely dead, or flat on one corner. The difference matters.
- Whether it is somewhere safe. If you are on a live traffic lane on Highway 1, say so first. That changes the priority.
- Clearance height, if you are underground. Most parkades are fine, but it is worth confirming.
